You can search by Subscriber Name, Phone, City and Inquiry Status from the boxes above, respectively.
- Accept - In the window that opens, the Contract number, the full name of the employee in the connection, the amount paid and the type of payment at the time of the initial connection are indicated for the user's confirmation.
- Cancel - In the window that opens, cancellation is performed according to the status of the subscriber (Active, VIP, Disabled, Archive, Reconnect, New service).
- Service - In the window that opens, packages are assigned to the subscriber according to the services provided (Internet, TV). More than one package can be assigned to a subscriber for the same service.
