Damages and accidents are recorded on this page. You can repair the Complaint or Accident and delete it if it is an unreasonable request.

• Repair - In the window that opens, if the complaint or accident has been solved by the personnel you sent, you write the name of that employee in the Personnel field, and then you specify the cause of the accident, give the status of Repaired and remove the Damages from the list of active damages
• Delete - In the window that opens, you can delete a complaint or damages by confirming that you are sure you want to delete it
